I Spy Games for Distance Learning or the Classroom

Description

I Spy is a game many students of all ages are familiar with. These I Spy games allow you to focus on specific colors, phonics (letters, blends, & digraphs), and other features. They also provide an opportunity for every child to be looking at the same thing, enabling you to play during distance learning.

I Spy Games includes 3 possible games. Each game is provided in PDF and Google slides formats. I Spy- Phonics, I Spy Colors, and I Spy. Both I Spy- Phonics and I Spy- Colors are preprogrammed with things to spy. I Spy is open-ended allowing you to make your own rules and finds.

These games could be played using a shared screen on Zoom, Google Meet, etc. They could also be used in the classroom in several ways. First, you could project them and play as a class. Next, you could print the phonics or color mats, give students manipulatives, and allow them to cover all of the things they “spy” to match.
